She has worked on major multinational brands from Kraft Nabisco, Motorola, to Nike, Coca-Cola, Triumph, BMW and Rado.

His 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles including extensive time spent in China, won him the Shanghai Magnolia Award in 2008 for his contribution to the development of Shanghai City. Francis has also held directorship in more than 15 companies in the US, Singapore and China.
Helen has 23 years of experience in leading corporate communications and crisis management with over 200 organizations from various industries, such as manufacturing & energy, chemical, logistics, retail, hospitality, e-commerce, healthcare, cosmetics, financial service and education. Her experience covers a wide range of communications related to environment, health & safety, employee relations, change management, executive positioning, market entry and issue management, etc. Ms. Yang is also an active member of the Chinese, American and British business communities in Shanghai – She is currently a Vice Chairman of Jing An Foreign Enterprise Association, and Vice Chairman of China Hotel Forum, China Chain & Franchise Association.
