Her expertise arrives from extensive work at top-level agencies such as McCann Erickson and FCB in Beijing, Octagon in New York, and Asiacontent.com in Singapore, on brands that include Cnet.com, Sports.com, and Eonline.com. more than 15 years of working in China have further gained her a firm grasp of the mainland market, while leaving the window open for novel knowledge in a rapidly transforming environment. She has worked on major multinational brands from Kraft Nabisco, Motorola, to Nike, Coca-Cola, Triumph, BMW and Rado.
Francis has extensive working and business experience having held several senior management positions previously in the Asia Pacific region, including at Ingersoll Rand, Trane Commercial Systems Asia, Honeywell International, Allied Signal and most recently as CEO of Hong Leong Asia in Singapore. His 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles including extensive time spent in China, won him the Shanghai Magnolia Award in 2008 for his contribution to the development of Shanghai City. Francis has also held directorship in more than 15 companies in the US, Singapore and China.
Born in Hong Kong, and raised in Canada. Roger began his creative career in fashion design in 2001. He started producing events and fashion shows in Hong Kong with the legendary agency, House of Siren, in 2005. With an eye for detail and flair for beauty, this fashion enthusiast moved to Shanghai in 2009 to pursue his career in the events creative industry.
Equipped with over 16 years of solid experience in PR, Events, Fashion and Creative Design in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and around the world, Roger specializes in Creative Concept Development, Visualization, Show Production management and Events execution. Roger worked on fashion, luxury, lifestyle, retail, automotive and corporate brands like Diesel, Alexander McQueen, Swarovski, Hermes, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, General Motors, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, Disney and Universal Studios, just to name a few.

Through over 9 years of experience in the event industry, Daniel has acquired deep knowledge of creative design and production. He is inspired by new trends and dares to try various unique materials and creative production methods to meet both the design production function as well as the compelling creative concepts/impressions. Daniel has worked on multi-national brands like Coca-Cola, Triumph, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Nokia, Tencent, Chow Tai Fook etc.
Helen has 23 years of experience in leading corporate communications and crisis management with over 200 organizations from various industries, such as manufacturing & energy, chemical, logistics, retail, hospitality, e-commerce, healthcare, cosmetics, financial service and education. Her experience covers a wide range of communications related to environment, health & safety, employee relations, change management, executive positioning, market entry and issue management, etc. Ms. Yang is also an active member of the Chinese, American and British business communities in Shanghai – She is currently a Vice Chairman of Jing An Foreign Enterprise Association, and Vice Chairman of China Hotel Forum, China Chain & Franchise Association.
